P.A.S.S. Co-Sponsors Anti-Human Trafficking Conference at the 6th Annual GiRL FeST Hawaii

PASS is co-sponsoring GiRL FeST Hawaii's Anti-Human Trafficking conference with Rachel Lloyd of GEMS http://www.gems-girls.org. Don't miss this free public conference addressing the rising problem of domestic human trafficking in the U.S.

This conference will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2009. For more information check http://www.girlfesthawaii.org in the coming weeks.

Hawaii is 1 of 8 states left in the U.S. that has not passed state legislation making Human Trafficking a felony offense while protecting the victims of human traffickers. (U.S. State Department 2009 Trafficking in Persons Report- April 2009).
